Divert busy or unanswered calls to InstallerLine. It answers in your business name, tells callers it's an AI assistant, and takes their name, number, address and what the job is. Anyone who rings off gets a text back straight away, where text-back is live (UK now, other countries at launch).
It pencils in a provisional slot
Within the booking rules you set, it pencils a survey or visit into your diary, marked provisional. The caller is told the time isn't confirmed until you've approved it.
You confirm with a tap
You get a summary of the call and confirm the slot with one tap, or suggest another time. If you don't confirm, the slot is released and the caller is told you'll be in touch. Nothing is booked without your OK.
Confirmations reach you by text today. WhatsApp confirmations for installers are planned.
It speaks your caller's language
InstallerLine is built to be multilingual, so your receptionist can talk to callers in their own language. Each country launches only after we've tested the receptionist in that language, with real trade vocabulary, and checked local calling and texting rules.
Wherever it launches, callers get the same honest service: it says it's an AI assistant, it reads their details back, and it never promises a time, a price or an engineer you haven't approved.
